Description

On Ipad if we have the navigation arrow active, have the link on the image on a pdf file and also Disable FancyBox on mobile active, when we open the PDF file on an Ipad the navigation arrows will not appear for the images that have a link on a PDF file : https://drive.google.com/file/d/17-jjDE9SPn7qNnf25avV47RLL9R0nRTN/view

On mobile we have the same issue (the mobile option was turned on for the gallery to appear) : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OdTPfmacD1csPOlBV3RfbOufcnpUsEd4/view

Research direction

Reproduce the gallery scenario described: linked images in a PDF, active navigation arrows, and Disable FancyBox on mobile, using the supplied screenshots and WordPress 5.6 on iPad and mobile. Start with the FancyBox settings shown in the issue and trace the mobile/PDF image behavior. Done means navigation arrows appear for linked images in both environments.
