Blog page not adding the trimmed text dots when set the post excerpt length

Description
If we set a post excerpt length on the other themes , for example the Leopet theme , we will have the 3 dots (...) that shows us that the text is trimmed : https://prnt.sc/uqi4w9
On the Amor theme we will not have those dots when we set a post excerpt length: https://prnt.sc/uxje5r
