While reviewing an applicant there should be a way to see/compare other applicants for the same job

Possible details we can show on the applicant screen:

1. Number of applicants (in-progress) for the same job
2. Maybe we can show the overall rating of other applicants in progress.
3. Or maybe we can show round wise information. Display number of applicants in each round.

Future possibility: We can create an algorithm to list best candidates for a job based on his/her ratings and sub-ratings within each round.
