The format of date and time displayed to the user in Last refreshed at shows time and date as Tue, 26-07-2022, 7:41 pm, Date and time format needs to be improved.
The changes are required on the Project details page and Check FTE page, refer screenshot for reference
**Expected behavior**
The date and time format should be like Thu 11:00am, 28th Jul 2022
