Description

## 🎨 Page Redesign Exercise
### Redesign an existing page using insights from the provided audit + your understanding of US-based food-tech ecommerce patterns.

---

## 🎯 Objective
This exercise helps us understand how you move from **insights → structure → design exploration**.

You are not required to perform the audit yourself.
We will provide an **existing audit document** (Task 1 output) that includes:
- observations
- keep/remove/move decisions
- usability issues
- industry references
- screenshots

Your task is to **interpret that audit** and explore how the page could be redesigned.

We're looking at how you:
- understand a problem space
- translate insights into structure
- interpret patterns from US food-tech ecommerce
- make decisions with limited but useful input
- reason about hierarchy, clarity, and user flow
- explore design concepts without being hand-held

There is **no right answer**.
We care about *your thinking*.

---

## 🧩 What You Should Do (Open-Ended)
Using the provided audit, create a redesign exploration of the same page.

You decide your approach.

Some designers may:
- restructure the page layout
- reorganize sections based on hierarchy
- rethink the meal card/meal info patterns
- refine content density and readability
- reposition CTAs for better clarity or conversion
- redesign navigation patterns used on the page
- introduce trust signals or simplify them
- improve the flow for subscription/ordering contexts
- apply patterns seen in US food-tech brands (Factor, HelloFresh, Blue Apron, MegaFit Meals, Trifecta, Territory Foods, etc.)

Others may:
- focus on wireframes
- create multiple layout options
- start with content mapping
- explore mobile-first
- rethink the information architecture
- focus on conversion vs. browsing behavior

You choose the depth, scope, and areas of focus.

---

## 🎨 Output
Share any form of design exploration that communicates your thinking, such as:
- wireframes
- sketches
- structured layout concepts
- mid-fidelity explorations
- rough UI
- multiple variations
- annotated screenshots
- or a hybrid approach

This is **not** a polish test — it’s a **thought process** exercise.

---

## 🧠 What We’re Evaluating
- How you interpret an audit created by someone else
- How you make design decisions with partial information
- How clearly you structure hierarchy and flow
- How you translate insights into redesign directions
- How you reflect patterns from US food-tech ecommerce
- How you think about usability, clarity, and conversion
- How you communicate your reasoning (even informally)

We do *not* expect a full UI or pixel-perfect work.

---

## 📬 Submission
Add your redesign to your candidate folder:

- A Figma link **or**
- Screenshots **or**
- A PDF **or**
- A markdown file with images

Whichever format feels natural to your working style.

---

## ℹ️ Notes
You **do not** need Task 1.
The audit provided to you contains enough insight for you to begin.
Your job is to interpret it and explore possibilities.
