Description

### What Red version are you using?

3.5.2

### Cog name

Audio

### Command name

+eq

### What did you expect to happen?

Setting the EQ should keep the EQ set for the uptime of the bot.

### What actually happened?

The EQ reverts to previous settings usually after about 2-3 songs. It's very varied.

### How can we reproduce this error?

1. Load up a playlist
2. Change EQ settings
3. (possibly bumpplay a song)
4. Wait a few songs
5. EQ Resets to previous settings automatically

### Anything else?

The issue seems very intermittent. I have tested across multiple days and I have had some days where it just stays, and other days where during heavy usage of the bot. The screenshot displays roughly 9 minutes prior my changes I had made, and then after a song change it reset to default settings.

Research direction

Start at the +eq command and reproduce the reported sequence with a playlist, EQ changes, song changes, and waiting across several songs. Compare the active EQ settings before and after transitions, including bumpplay and heavy usage. Done means the selected EQ remains in effect for the bot's uptime instead of reverting.
