#### Describe your requested feature
Allow moderation commands in Mod, Mutes, and Warnings to fill in details from the command message's reply, so if a mod replies to a rule-breaking message and says `[p]ban 1`, it would act like `[p]ban 1`
The reason variable could include a quote of the message as well as a link (a link itself wouldn't work since `[p]ban` and `[p]softban` can delete the referenced message).
