#### Describe your requested feature
Currently we have
verifychecks Sets if commands which can't be run in the current... command under helpset.
This command hides commands that the user can not run and also commands that the bot is lacking permission in those channels.
Now if a user adds a bot to their server they would be wondering why some commands are missing due to this check, I feel like this check should only hide commands that the user lacks permission for.
