[V3] Make playlist remember where it was stopped?

### Brief description of the problem

We usually play it like for 4 hours everyday. It has like 300 songs.
Our problem is that everytime we play it back we lose the order and sometimes, some songs repeat (because we play them with the `[p]playlist mix ` command) and some other songs never get played because of that.

Is there any plugin or feature that im missing to avoid losing the order of playing? If not, then this could be an improvement for the playlist system.
