Add content to About Page

We need to flesh this page out more. It needs more details and style improvements such as:

- Fix the margins, some content is too stretched, some bleeds out the border.
- The text needs to be centered.
- The font size needs to be smaller (consult the [style guide](https://github.com/Coffee-Code-Philly-Accelerator/coffee_and_code_philly_dot_com/blob/main/src/tailwind.config.js))
- Add more featured apps.
- Make the featured apps sideways scrollable.
- Make the featured app link clickable (it should navigate you to the project's Github repo).
