Description
While trolling on amazon for raspberryPi's I came across this kit as one of the more popular items.
https://www.amazon.ca/Freenove-Raspberry-Processing-Tutorials-Components/dp/B06W54L7B5/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1518124688&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=raspberry-pi&psc=1
While I haven't bought it, the idea of taking raspberryPi's plus these kits into schools and teaching kids programming through Processing seems awesome. I come from a small town that has very limited exposure to technology, and kids only exposure to computers is based around fully built phones/ipads, and the operations may as well be magic to them. Also, learning programming on such devices can be difficult.
How about for the 100th Coding Challenge, it is setting up a rasberryPi and Processing so that people who watch your videos have an accessible way to give back to their communities? Not only can these devices be vectors to code and create, it can then incorporate back to your videos (through their phones/ipads) to start them on a journey of learning without the cost of having to have their own individual computer setup.
(Plus, the kit looks pretty cool for a series on how to use programming to interact with the real world.)
