[Coding challenge] Image from "led strip"

Hey, i saw this video on Smater Every Day (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FlV6pgwlrk) and i think it would be funny to make a Coding challenge making this "led strip" in processing.

I made a version in java and one in p5 if you want to take a look, the real problem is to catch with 25 revolution per second.
