Node Github Bot for Discord

While there is a webhook already available with quite a lot of functionality, it isn't really customizable. A bot could easily fix that, and it would also give some insight into building something that doesn't query for data itself, but instead listens and waits for data to be sent to it from one or multiple services. There's a possibility to use the Event bus, as well, which I don't believe I've seen yet on the channel.
