Description

I'm just learning to code in Python and I can't do this idea yet but one of the ideas I wanted to try was to build a version of Alan Turing's 'Bombe' device to crack Nazi Enigma messages during WWII. Because of your skill level, I assume this is something you could pull off. The interesting part would be if your code created a visual replica of the Enigma machine onscreen to dial in settings or decode messages. I would love to play around with something like this. I'm curious to see how quickly modern computers could accomplish what was cutting edge in the 1930's and 1940's.

Also, here's a link to a Numberphile video that gave me the idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2_Q9FoD-oQ
