Move remaining hard coded settings (such as analyzer) to settings.xml

This will allow the user to customize the plugin for their needs

Modify default settings.xml to mimic these changes
For backwards compatibility, also use the existing default values if none are specified (such as if using an older version of settings.xml after this change is made)
