Description

What problem does this address?

Due to limited available space on mobile devices I would like to display palette switcher icon without a label, but still use a label for desktop.

I could probably hide the label with custom media queries in css but having this as an option in customizer would add great comfort for rather unexperienced users.

What is your proposed solution?

Being able to set palette switcher label individually for each device.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the palette switcher label setting in the customizer and trace how its value is applied across desktop, tablet, and mobile previews. Done means users can configure each device's label visibility independently, with the existing desktop behavior preserved.
