Description
What problem does this address?
To edit any of the header/footer builder components, you have to click on the little wheel icon, which can be missed by some users, at first, and can cause frustration.
I struggled a bit figuring out how to add widgets in the Footer One component, as I didn't notice the wheel icon at first, and also the placeholder text doesn't actually provide the answer either "Replace this widget content by going to [Appearance → Customize → Footer → Footer One] and add widgets into this widget area."
What is your proposed solution?
I think a solution might be to make the wheel icon more visible by either:
- changing its color
- have a slight moving animation on it
- have a pop up with "Edit" over it
- or something else

The issue points to the header/footer builder components and the wheel icon; start by locating those components and their placeholder text. Compare the current icon visibility in Header and Footer One, then verify that the chosen visibility improvement is noticeable and does not disrupt editing.
