Explicitly write down "Choose what not to do" in sprint plans

Written down instructions feel more official than things people are told. Even if the people doing the telling are the same as the people who did the writing down.

We should write down a few more "No really, you don't have to do everything" prompts and similar, so people don't feel like we're trying to trick them / lying to them.
