Prep: Make clear learning objectives and expected knowledge outcomes from How Computers Really Work reading

Right now we're allocating a lot of reading, without making very clear how deeply to read, or what the goals of the reading are.

We should clarify goals around being familiar with terms, and being able to explain high-level mental models, without needing to go into depth.
