Description

Suggestion by Barath.

Could we introduce a 5/10/15 meeting section in the in-person meetings where we ask trainees quickfire questions?

Reasoning by Barath:

```markdown
Memory
Human memory can be divided into 2 layers:
- long-term / persistent memory - almost unlimited but slow to access
- short-term / working memory - smaller but much faster
Information is first stored in our short-term memory. It is only transferred to our long-term memory after it has been held there and rehearsed. If information is presented too quickly - new info starts to replace older info from our short-term memory before it has a chance to be persisted in long-term memory.
```

If we do plan on adding this, we need to create a bank of questions we can use in rotation / random. These questions should be related to what the trainees have been studying.
