Plan a workshop on building tech-ed resources

## Description

As we need to adapt to an ever-changing market, we need to draw on the talents of all our volunteers and their expertise to develop resources that our trainees can use to build educational tooling and resources for our community.
Aims of the workshop:

- Develop a product/set of challenges for trainees to develop their skills and showcase their achievement
- Demonstrate an example of a good project trainees can use to hone their skills in a new area
