Feature: Deep Dive component

**What is the work that needs to be done?**

I'm on the React docs doing this port and I like the deep dive component they have: https://react.dev/learn/rendering-lists#displaying-several-dom-nodes-for-each-list-item

I'd like one, where a referenced block triggers the blockData system and the block is called inside a details component. It could be called directly or inserted into another block? Don't know yet.

**Why is this work important to do?**

It's not really important I just like the deep dive idea. We have people working at such different levels, it would be good to acknowledge that and allow those "ahead" to go deep instead.
