Migrate async and promise-based testing from MigraCode Barcelona

MigraCode Barcelona have an async/promise-based testing workshop: https://github.com/Migracode-Barcelona/js3-workshop#testing-async-code

We should migrate this into the workshops repo.

I'm not sure we want to assign it in the curriculum at the moment, but we should store the content for future use.
