Put together "Professional Skills / Data" module

Currently ITP serves two purposes:
1. General tech/professional skills development
2. Teaching people software skills in preparation for a job in software

For those not continuing into software, a lot of the course is over-focussed on JavaScript specifically.

Being able to analyse data, and present information, is a much more transferrable skill.

We have been discussing making a module which is centred around:
1. Analysing data - both in spreadsheets (incredibly transferrable), and by running SQL queries (more useful for the software track)
2. Presenting information - we've long been talking about wanting our trainees to have better presentation and storytelling skills earlier on

I'm imagining doing this through a number of mini-projects where we have some data and want to come to some useful conclusions and present them.
