Description
**Background**
We had two graduates who worked together on a technical exercise for a job application. We tell them to pair programme so they understand they can do this for interviews, too.
**Acceptance criteria**
- [ ] Add to our employability curriculum a task to reflect on what technical exercises are for? What do recruiters look for? Can I do it in pairs or with help?
