Description
This is a [survey](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15u4xZQt6zPRyYOF1p6k4ALQ-i1d9TuHlNlmnSwNzi1I/edit#responses) that few trainees replied to, but they all have a problem with Slack + Asnyc communication. How can we make them understand that this is the real world of remote working? Unless you go to the office every day, people will work async and will use Slack?
