Split Time mgmt coursework into smaller exercises

**Background**
The current [Time Management exercise](https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Induction/issues/4) is 2 hours long and is in induction. I would like it to be split into smaller exercises so that we can add them to Fundamentals weeks rather than waiting for induction.

To be considered:

- [ ] 60 min coursework available in [Fundamentals Week 2](https://github.com/orgs/CodeYourFuture/projects/88/views/2?filterQuery=-status%3A%22%E2%9C%85+Done%22+pd): could the research be done here?
- [ ] 120 min available in Fundamentals Week 3
- [ ] Tickets must be created in the correct repo
- [ ] Answers from trainees are focussing on software and apps instead of time management theories (not sure this is the right word). Review if this is what we want.
