Content idea-conflict resolution

**Background**

We got content ideas for topic of CONFLICT RESOLUTION. A volunteer has provided us with:
- **Explanation**: Hello team, during the JS2 Sprint 2 for the conflict resolution exercise I used the conflict resolution diagram from the "Bridge the Culture Gaps" by Robert Gibson (please see attachments) alongside with the following example "there is an orange and two people both want it. What do you do?" which help me with the session: Practice resolving conflicts. Sharing in case you find it useful to add on syllabus.
