JS1 S4-proposed change for an exercise

**Background**
We got feedback that the exercise ['Giving feedback on the e-mails'](https://github.com/PERicci/CYF-Coursework-Planner/issues/133) in JS1 S4 could be improved.
They said:

- I believe it would be more useful if we share our files with each other, giving us the opportunity to access a wider range of styles, vocabulary, and approaches. Of course, this also provides the opportunity to give and receive more feedback.
