Description

## Prerequisites

1. Attend an in-person Saturday class

## Instructions

1. Ask the groups of volunteers if you can take the responsibility of facilitator for this session
1. Use the instructions on the [morning orientation block](https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/curriculum/blob/main/common-content/en/blocks/morning-orientation/index.md#%EF%B8%8F-the-facilitator-will) to work out what to do

## Why are we doing this?

To figure out how CYF works, it is useful to get stuck in! Facilitating a Saturday session involves gathering the community together and checking they're all on the same page. Once everyone's on the same page, you can get off to a good start to the day. Use the morning orientation block for guidance on how to effectively facilitate a Saturday session.

Anyone can do this, learner, trainee, volunteer, or staff. If you've already done this, encourage and support another person in your community to try it.

## Acceptance criteria

- [ ] You have volunteered as a facilitator for one session using instructions on the [morning orientation block](https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/curriculum/blob/main/common-content/en/blocks/morning-orientation/index.md#%EF%B8%8F-the-facilitator-will)
