Description
Process to update the onboarding so that the flow is easier for potential trainees
- [ ] consolidate the Data so that sensitive data is in one form
- [ ] after the Southwark council cohort, move the onboarding to just be the expression of interest form
- [ ] Create an email to send to those who express interest that encourages them to complete the longer form in a welcome email
- [ ] will need to expression of interest forms and the sign up form to merge automatically into one DB
- [ ] create an accept/ decline attending the course email
- [ ] automate this email
- [ ] After confirm attendance then course details are sent
