[GitHub Projects](https://docs.github.com/en/issues/planning-and-tracking-with-projects/learning-about-projects/about-projects) are how we manage our workload at CYF. We use [Kanban](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVaFVa7HYj4).

Kanban is an [Agile](https://agilemanifesto.org/) project management method that visualises workflow. It focuses on work progress and continuous improvement.

Kanban is used by many tech companies worldwide. The more you use it, the better prepared you will be when you get your job in tech.
