**1. Timings**

Across the three tasks in this workshop time taken is arguably too short for a workshop to fill 2 hours and 20 minutes (10:40 - 13:00). In total the time marked via the instructions is about 60 minutes of content, which leaves 1hr 20 mins to "clarifying any questions about the project and the coursework for the first week".
> **Suggestion:** Break down the timings more granularly. For example, the "3) Team Charter" section could allow some time for digesting the instructions and forming thoughts. And the "2) Discuss roles in a product team" feels short compared to the number of roles to discuss.
