**Background**
We want to efficiently collect job role info from all graduates and alumni who receive jobs. We currently use this [employment form](https://forms.gle/PmxKCgNjX8KwbWWM7). - [ ] Workflow create on Slack with trigger to request a grad to feedback on job roles
- [ ] Workflow successfully used on 3 graduates
