Help candidates prepare for interviews by encouraging them to do interview practice, ensure they're on top of their work and talk about extra resources as required.

### Acceptance criteria

- [ ] Candidates are set up in the channel to prepare collaboratively
- [ ] Candidates all join a call to discuss and agree on preparation actions including:
- [ ] Reviewing applications steps
- [ ] Preparing interview questions & answers
- [ ] Holding daily mock interviews with each other and volunteers
- [ ] At least 1 volunteer joins the call to help facilitate preparation
