Description
### The problem
[PasteMyst's](https://paste.myst.rs) titles are amazing and really useful. However, spam can break the functionality of it. It's not really nice and makes some issues. Here is a sample image:

### The solution
Add a limit to title length I think ~85 to 100 characters.
