Scavenge status screen

As a way to visualize the status of the mission and to also highlight the other types of plastic waste recovered in a given nation, create a status screen that displays the country name at the top, a list of plastic waste types, and an animated counter that shows how many of each type of item are recovered during the cleanup. The desired plastic type could be highlighted in the display and the quantity could change from red to green when the mission quantity has been retrieved (or stay red if not enough of that type of waste exists in the selected country).

This will create an element of suspense and also educate the player about all of the types of plastic waste that are retrieved from various countries.
