Data file for "Other Plastics" on mission execution and statistics screens

Need a second JSON file, indexed on countries instead of plastics, that will populate the other plastics while the mission execution screen is displayed and will be added to the user statistics. This file may be a subset of the Top 10 Plastics integrated dataset that only includes the countries in the plastics.json file or it may be the full Top 10 JSON file. (Need to see how large the full Top 10 JSON file will be.)

It will also be necessary to incorporate game logic to add to the totals of plastics recovered for the specific country, without double-counting the mission plastic type. (The mission plastic type may or may not be in the top 10 plastics for that country.)
