Description
As an application administrator, I would like the ability to quickly relate commonly searched terms, to keywords, to help quickly direct users to the appropriate resources.
Ex. User types 'home' in to the search, I would like to relate 'home' to 'permanent housing', 'temporary housing', and 'shelter'.
