**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

Would like to reverse front end ticket #1058 - Property Filtering Zoning.

I asked that the numeric suffixes be truncated, or rolled up to prefix, this is not correct.

What should happen instead is that a user ought to be able to add as many Zoning Designations as they like to any one filter search (this they CAN DO).

Currently for the request directly below, the user would filter on CA, or CMX, and the tool ought to give back all properties that are CA-1, CA-2, CMX-1, CMX-2, CMX-3 ...lter

User instead should be able to multi select either one or multiple of CA-1, CA-2, CMX-1, CMX-2, CMX-3 ... from filter pick list.

WHY: I am noting very specific policy changes to zoning designations, for example RTA-2 will become by right duplex. A user/developer would want to come to the site, and select RTA-2 to see which population of vacant properties have this designation. Where as we can filter on RTA, which equates to RTA-1, as there is only an RTA-1

The new RTA-2 zoning legislation proposed by Mayor Parker would create a new zoning district allowing for two-family row homes in areas currently zoned for single-family homes. This legislation aims to reduce the need for zoning variances to legalize duplexes and encourage more housing density.

RTA-2 has not passed, yet, however, not the point (will pass), the point is that a developer would want filter by low level zoning designation.
