As a BDT Team member or interested party
When I create a new Github Issue
Then I should be able to use a useful issue template
This could be as simple as adopting the standard generic templates [here](https://github.com/CodeForPhilly/benefit-decision-toolkit/issues/templates/edit), or making our own.
I like the idea of creating our own, but using the generic templates as a guide (or starting point).
