As a Benefit Analyst
When I login to the BDT Builder application
Then I should have contextual access to documentation for:
- general concepts (e.g. DMN, form-js links)
- important UI elements (e.g. tooltips)
- topical user guides (e.g. "How to create your first benefit", "How to create your first screener form"
- (anything else?)
