"Any possibility of becoming pregnant" field won't clear

Whenever a user presses the "Clear Form" button, all bullet points reset to "No" except the "Any possibility of becoming pregnant" field.

STEPS:
1)LOGIN WITH A VALID CREDENTIALS
2)FILL OUT ALL THE FIELDS(BULLET POINTS +
DROP DOWS.
3) PRESS "CLEAR FORM"

EXPECTED RESULT:
ALL THE BULLET POINTS RESET TO "No"

EXPECTED RESULT:
"Any possibility of becoming pregnant" stays on "Yes"
