Research healthcare-related bias in AI chatbots

This ticket is for Zion — we need to add her to the project team in GitHub.

The goal of this ticket is to help the Balancer team understand what healthcare-related bias exists in outputs from AI chatbots, like ChatGPT.

The output will be a comment/list/document/presentation (whatever you prefer) that includes any information you find relevant to our project's goals and, ideally, any improvements we could potentially make to our chatbot to reduce / prevent bias in conversations about bipolar medications.
