Colorado SNAP design audit

An audit of the design of all states social safety net services was started during the CFA National Day of Civic Hacking. They are trying to finish audits of all state's SNAP benefits by Oct 2nd. I'm late seeing this so they are offering an extension if needed.

The audit for the Colorado SNAP application that can be found on the [Colorado PEAK website](https://coloradopeak.secure.force.com/). The PEAK website includes a pre-screening process and the complete application. I think it would be worth completing both sections for the audit.

CFA has provided a design audit template to work from which includes instructions on completing the audit.
