Bug: On mobile, when the searchbar is clicked, make footer not sticky

Description
Reproduce this bug:
1. Go to "search"
2. Click the text field on a mobile device
3. The footer will appear **on top of your mobile keyboard**
The footer should stay in it's original position when you tap the text field on mobile.
