Description
`Chart` is a very complex component: it has `Scope` (for each type of chart i.e. Bar, Line, etc.). Before we implement this, I'd advice each member to dig into Vega-Lite [docs](https://vega.github.io/vega-lite/docs/) to fully understand how it [works](https://vega.github.io/vega-lite/examples/).
