Repositioning the "DATA" , "STORIES" and "MONTHLY AIR REPORTS" tabs on the sensors website

## Description

Move the tabs on "DATA" , "STORIES" and "MONTHLY AIR REPORTS" from the drop-down on the top right corner of the page to the main body of the page for easier access (they're not easily noticeable in their current location)

## To Reproduce

1. Go to the sensors.Africa website
2. Click on the tab on the top right corner of the webpage
3. The tabs will be found there
