This would be a separate page, probably `http://codeforafrica.org/civic-challenges` (happy for other suggestions on URL / page name), that would pull all the project ideas (from Hackdash) + open Github issues (with `help wanted` label).
Similar to Code for Mexico's ["Civic Challenges"](https://codeandomexico.org/).
