As a user, I want to see
1. On the report page, see how many other reports exist for a given Authority, Officer, Company and Applicant
2. Be able to click on their name so I get a list of the other reports by that Authority, Officer, Company or Applicant
3. See a global ranking of the most common Authority, Officer, Company and Applicant, optionally filterable by province.
